Donald will vote for developments that “pay their own way.” By diversifying our tax base with commercial investment, Donald works to ensure the burden of city services doesn’t fall solely on District 3 homeowners.

No new rooftops without the roads to support them. Donald supports aligning all new approvals with our city’s capacity for public safety, utilities, and transit.
