Results-Driven Leadership for District 3.

David Dantzler: Partnering with City Leadership to ensure Fitchburg grows responsibly, remains affordable, and works for every resident.

A City Council that Works Together.

Growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum. To manage the traffic on our roads and the pressure on our property taxes, we need Alders who work hand-in-hand with the Mayor’s office.

David Dantzler is running for District 3 to be that bridge. He supports the “Disciplined Growth” model. His vision ensures that as Fitchburg expands, we maintain the neighborhood character that makes District 3 home. David understands that a thriving Fitchburg requires a City Council focused on solutions, not roadblocks.

Fighting for a Future Where Everyone Can Find a Home

Housing That Fits

David believes in expanding the “Missing Middle,” this includes: townhomes, duplexes, and smaller multi-unit buildings. By increasing supply, we make housing available, affordable, and accessible for the workforce that keeps Fitchburg running.

Balanced Growth, Stable Taxes

David will vote for developments that “pay their own way.” By diversifying our tax base with commercial investment, David works to ensure the burden of city services doesn’t fall solely on District 3 homeowners.

Coordinated Infrastructure

No new rooftops without the roads to support them. David supports aligning all new approvals with our city’s capacity for public safety, utilities, and transit.
